Statements, exports, a folder of PDFs. No cleanup required on your end — messy is normal and messy is fine.
We rebuild the picture
Every transaction categorized and reconciled, the P&L rebuilt from source, the cash flow modeled forward twelve months.
We tell you what it means
Three findings, ranked by what they're costing or making you, with the numbers attached. Then an hour on the phone walking you through it.
What's not included
The Sprint covers one entity, up to three financial accounts, and up to twelve months of history. If your situation is bigger than that — multiple entities, several years behind, or high transaction volume — we'll tell you before we start and quote the larger scope instead. You will never receive an invoice you didn't agree to in advance.
The Sprint is not bookkeeping, tax preparation, or an audited financial statement, and we are not a CPA firm. We work alongside your accountant and are glad to talk to them directly.
Payment and turnaround
Payment in full up front. Work starts the day your documents arrive, and you have everything five business days later.
If it isn't useful, you don't pay for it
If the Sprint doesn't surface at least one thing worth acting on, tell us and we'll refund it. No form, no review process, no argument. You shouldn't have to gamble $1,000 to find out whether we're useful.
We take four Sprints a month. Every one is reviewed personally, and that's the honest limit of what one person can do properly. If this month is full, we'll tell you when the next slot opens rather than putting you in a queue you can't see.

Most owners finish the Sprint and find at least one thing they'd stopped noticing. Worst case, you confirm what you already suspected — and if it wasn't worth it, you get your money back.
